Terms and Conditions Welcome to www.kidsquarters.co.nz were we strive to provide you with exceptional products and service. Please take a few minutes to review these Terms and Conditions. Your purchase of products from us constitutes your agreement to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them.

Refund and Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to provide a refund or credit note if the goods are returned to us in original condition and packaging within 7 days. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable.

Deliveries

We can deliver to most locations within New Zealand please call to discuss options. Furniture items may be available for immediate dispatch. However not all lines may currently be in stock so please allow approx 4-6 weeks for delivery. We can keep you updated on estimated delivery dates if required. Delivery will be made to the place specified on your order. If you give an incorrect address or you are not home at the specified time to receive the order costs associated with this will be charged to the purchaser. All products delivered to the Customer’s premises and accepted by the Customer are then the sole responsibility of the Customer and Kids Quarters Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage to the goods thereafter. Delivery is effected when the goods are signed for at the Customer's designated delivery address.

Personal information provided to Kids Quarters (such as your email address or phone number) is used only for the purpose of fulfilling orders or providing information. We will never sell, trade or knowingly share your details with a third party for commercial use.

Payment

Ordering online at Kids Quarters is quick, easy and secure. We accept Mastercard and Visa as well as Cheques. You can mail us at Kids Quarters, P.O. Box 82283, Highland Park, Auckland (please write your name and order number on the reverse of your cheques.) We will dispatch your order once your cheque has been cleared.

Furniture orders require 20% deposit and the remaining total of all invoices/order shall be payable in full prior to delivery or collection of the goods. Balance of payment for goods shall be made on notification by Kids Quarters that the goods are available for collection or delivery. All goods shall remain the property of Kids Quarters Ltd until paid for in full.

Cancellation of Order

Cancellations will be accepted with no charge if received within 24 hours of order confirmation. A NZ$100 fee will be charged for cancellations received after that time. No cancellations or amendments will be accepted when goods are produced specially to a customer’s order.

Currency

All prices are based on New Zealand currency (NZ$). Prices include GST (New Zealand Goods and Services Tax) where applicable.

Credit Card Security

As a security measure, prior to processing your order we may contact you to manually confirm your address and credit card details.

Price & Product Variation

Kids Quarters reserves the right to alter or delete goods from a collection or to change products for improvement or development. Prices may also be subject to alteration at any time without notice. Price of the goods agreed at the time of the Confirmation of Order will be upheld.
